Question: What is the shelf life of Whoopie Pies and how do they need to be stored?
Answer: We bake your cookies to order in small batches for optimal flavor and freshness. As with any fine bakery item, the Whoopies should be eaten as soon as possible after their arrival, or they can be stored for 5-7 days if they are refrigerated or frozen. If you do refrigerate or freeze the Whoopies, please allow them to come back to room temperature for best flavor and texture.

Question: Do you use preservatives or additives in your products?
Answer: All of our Whoopie Pies are baked in a licensed, commercial kitchen with no added preservatives or additives. We use only high quality ingredients like Grade AA butter, cocoa, organic unbleached flour and pure vanilla extract. Why? Because we believe that these ingredients truly make the best Whoopies! Question: After I place an order, when will it ship? If I'm local, can I have my order delivered?
Answer: It will ship 1-2 days after your order is received. Orders received on Friday or the weekend will be completed on the following Monday. If you live within a 30 mile radius of Athens, GA, we can deliver your Whoopies to your door. The customary charge is $15-20.00.

Question: How can I pay for my order?
Answer: We accept all major credit cards and for your security they are processed through the PayPal system. Even if you don't have a PayPal account you can use their system to process credit card orders.

Question: What are my shipping options?
Answer: Due to the perishable nature of our Whoopie Pies, we recommend Next Day or 2nd day air shipping.

Question: Do you ship outside the United States?
Answer: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

Question: What if my order arrives damaged or I'm dissatisfied with my products?
Answer: My Whoopie Pies guarantees 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or an online store credit. However, if your order was shipped to the address provided at the time of order and was not deliverable and/or picked up in a timely manner, we will not be responsible for the order.

Question: I would like to know about wholesale accounts.
Answer: Wholesale accounts are available to businesses (verified by a copy of a current business license) and are not normally available to individuals. Wholesale pricing may apply for some special types of charitable or fund raising events. Please contact us for information.

Answer: Our Whoopie Pies are 4.5 ounces and our products are baked in a facility that uses nuts, milk, soy, eggs, gluten and wheat.
