About My Whoopie Pies

My Whoopie Pies is a family owned company that is dedicated to providing you with scrumptious Whoopie Pies using only high quality ingredients. So often, Whoopie Pies are made with lots of greasy, vegetable shortenings, particularly in the filling. At My Whoopie Pies we thought we could do better and created a superior tasting Whoopie Pie that is sandwiched between some delicious and unique fillings.

As a family owned company, the entire family participates in one way or another in the development or production of our Whoopie Pies. Here's a snapshot of the My Whoopie Pie family:

Carol Clark
President/Founder

The creator and chief baker of My Whoopie Pies. Born and raised in the Midwest, Carol has always had a love of baking. After spending many years working for large corporations, she decided to combine her love of baking and business. She discovered Whoopie Pies several years ago, and thought she could do better in terms of the quality and taste of those Whoopies currently on the market. That led to the creation of My Kitchen Your Kitchen, LLC and ultimately My Whoopie Pies.

Barry Clark
Chief Taste Taster/Distribution

Barry is My Whoopie Pie's chief taste taster. Being married to Carol for almost 20 years, he's not afraid to give an honest opinion about any of the Whoopie Pie products. Barry also is in charge of distribution.

Maria and Alejandro
Development, Photography and IT

The two smartest kids that I know! They help with the development of new Whoopie pie recipes, act as photographers and provide a great perspective on what makes for a delicious tasting Whoopie pie.
